Our CEO and trainer Volker Stelkens at the WDR

Volker Stelkens is an experienced personal protection expert who completed his training at a national security agency and in Israel, among other places. Today, he is a trainer for bodyguards both domestically and internationally, including in crisis areas.

For years, he provided expert security advice to the WDR and is now responsible for training and personnel development at I.S.Se.L. GmbH.

His expertise and dedication have been recognized with various awards, including the NATO Medal and the SFOR Medal. Additionally, he is a member of the examination boards of the IHK in Bielefeld, Duisburg, and Düsseldorf, where he is involved in the development and implementation of vocational training examinations in the field of protection and security.
